Local LDA, online intake
A search for a “local legal document assistant” may be about registration, a nearby office or help with papers for a particular court. Those are different needs. Our Disclosures page identifies the actual registration and business address. Use the scheduled consultation link for a conversation; this website does not advertise walk-in service.
For online preparation, the county connected to the matter and the service you select determine the scope review. A preparation listing does not guarantee court acceptance, a particular submission method or availability for every case in that county.

Service-specific requirements
The examples above do not exhaust the current service list. Other currently listed services are reviewed against their own filed-county and procedural requirements. See the complete list in Services & Prices.
Use each service’s county list and specific acceptance requirements. For Sheriff paperwork, use the county of the receiving Sheriff, which may differ from the court’s filing county. A court-case county list does not automatically approve a separate Sheriff request.
These are Ven Document Services LLC service requirements, not statements that a court or Sheriff prohibits self-represented people from submitting paperwork.
Court filing and Sheriff delivery are different
Review the completed document set, court branch, required signatures and submission method before you file it. Sheriff instructions go to the Sheriff; private disclosures may be exchanged rather than filed.
See the service roadmaps. Court, Sheriff and filing-provider charges are separate from preparation fees.
Common questions
Do you have a staffed office in each listed county?
No such claim is made here. The published business address is in San Bernardino. The county lists describe where accepted preparation requests may be handled online.
Does a listed county guarantee my request will be accepted?
No. The case stage, selected documents and actual instructions still require review. A listed base service does not automatically approve every add-on or method of submission.
Can you select the right court or legal remedy for me?
No. You supply specific directions or obtain them from an appropriate legal resource. We do not choose a litigation strategy or act as your lawyer.
