Eligible intake submissions automatically receive the required Notice, LDA contract, and payment link by email after submission. For support questions, intake issues, document uploads, and payment inquiries, we aim to respond within one business day.

Traditional and Joint Divorce offer fixed-scope starter services and, where available, a $1,500 Full Paperwork Path. Paperwork Only ends with delivery of the prepared starter packet. We File For You ends when the court accepts the starter packet and returns stamped copies. The Full Paperwork Path includes preparation, clerical corrections, and tracking through the court's returned final judgment; the client must review, sign, and submit the paper final judgment packet by a court-accepted method as instructed. Ven Document Services LLC does not appear in court or guarantee the result.

No. Our prices are document preparation service fees. Court, eFiling-provider, sheriff, process-service, and other third-party charges are separate unless specifically stated.

Divorce and divorce-related family forms, residential unlawful detainer, small claims, and SER-001 preparation. Each service has a published fixed scope. We do not offer business, property, recorder, or other agency-request document preparation.

No. We prepare fixed-scope documents. We do not handle contested litigation, court hearings, legal strategy, or represent you at any hearing. If your matter is contested or complex, you may need an attorney.

Not for standard fixed-scope services. The form checks whether your answers fit the service limits. If you reach the end and submit, the required Notice, LDA contract, and secure payment link are emailed automatically.

No. An approved court fee waiver does not cover our service fee.

Submitting a standard fixed-scope intake is not payment. If you reach the end and submit, the required Notice to Consumer, LDA contract, and secure payment link are emailed automatically. Complete the Notice and required agreement before paying. Preparation may begin after the contract is signed and payment is complete. We will not deliver prepared documents or submit them through eFiling until 24 hours have elapsed from contract execution.
