Ven Document Services LLC offers fixed-scope document preparation only for divorce and divorce-related family forms, residential unlawful detainer, small claims, and SER-001. The client must select the service and provide specific direction.
You are the self-represented party. You are responsible for deciding what to file, reviewing your documents, signing, filing, meeting deadlines, and tracking your own case.
Published prices are document-preparation service fees. Court, eFiling-provider, and other third-party charges are separate. We File For You is available only for services and counties whose approved route uses Odyssey or JournalTech. We invoice actual court and provider charges separately after you approve the packet. For Paperwork Only, you pay filing charges directly.
We review documents for completeness and consistency. We do not guarantee acceptance by any court or any particular outcome. Later court steps may still be required after our document-preparation work is complete.
