For LDA services, receive the Notice to Consumer, sign the agreement, and use the secure payment link. You will receive a copy of the signed agreement.
We may begin preparing the documents after the contract is signed and payment is complete. We will not deliver the documents or submit them through eFiling until 24 hours have elapsed from contract execution.
For eligible We File For You services, approve and pay our itemized invoice for actual court and provider charges. We then eFile through the county-approved route. For Paperwork Only, you file using a court-accepted method.
